Although it was a long delivery date it was worth the wait, the table is gorgeous. I called ahead to make sure it was available but when I got there, it actually wasn’t available. The staff was able to custom stain a table for me at an additional cost. I am giving 4 out of 5 stars due to having to go over budget for my table. That being said, I was provided with pictures and updates through the entire process and my table was ready to be picked up on my short timeline. Urban Woodcraft exceeded my expectation in terms of offering rustic furniture and delivery. we love our new dining table. From the time that we ordered the table to the time they delivered and assembled it, took only five days, which is rare these days. The only downside of the experience was the small patch of wood added to the top counter which seemed a little off. They mentioned it’s because of the roots. But we’re not that concerned as we’re polishing and painting the table and that would be covered. I had the pleasure of working with Farhan, who was incredible to deal with. He was meticulous, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about ensuring I found exactly what I was looking for.
