Yes. Please be sure to call our office at least 24 hours in advance to setup a pickup time. You will need your PO# at the time of the call.
Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days.
We ship across Canada and USA. Extra shipping charges may apply for remote areas such as cottage country and islands that require ferry service.
Assembly is not included unless it is requested by the customer. Assembly is available in select zones. Please be sure to check with your sales rep.
Yes, all our products come with a warranty. For details, please check our warranty certificate.
Prices vary based on finish and the delivery location. Due to the several options we offer, it can become a challenge to offer accurate pricing on our website. This is something we are developing, but for now we can provide a quote upon request.
Barn Doors
We utilize various reclaimed woods, oak panelling, premium engineered veneers, tempered glass, metal and plywood.
Apart from our standard items which are always in stock, we do offer custom sizes which take upto 12 - 14 weeks to produce

All our doors ship with a complete hardware system. This include the rail, trolleys and a floor guide. A handle is not included.
Our doors can be installed as a single door setup, a double door setup or a bi parting setup.
Yes, most of our doors are 83" x 40", however we do offer few models in a 96" x 36" and a 96" x 42" size.
A header board is highly recommended as it offers a more finished look to your install and more importantly provides additional support

Yes, most doors are predrilled for front facing hardware.
Yes, you can substitute top mount hardware on our pre-drilled door. We will provide unfinished plugs with a touch up kit so the holes can be filled and touched up.
All our doors are individually packed. Orders ship on custom built pallets.
Furniture
Our products are handmade in Indonesia from solid reclaimed Teak floorboards, repurposed from traditional Javanese homes. Inners are made from solid hardwood to ensure durability and longevity.
All the imperfections on the surface are natural. Absolutely nothing has been done to distress or create any marks on the wood. This is what gives each piece its unique characteristics.
Absolutely not. All the wood is made of solid boards. This is what gives our product a solid and substantial look and feel.
The floating construction used when crafting plank board surfaces allows for the natural expansion and shrinkage of the wood. Slight movement during changes in relative humidity is to be expected.
We recommend using a light beeswax on the wood every three to six months
The reclaimed wood is a little porous in nature. As such a wet stain may show up as a dark patch on the table’s surface. Not to worry as it will evaporate and eventually disappear (within 24 – 48 hours).  The surface of the table is rich with character, as such most stains are barely noticeable.
All our reclaimed wood is lightly wire brushed to smoothen out splinters. The wood itself is unfinished. The salvaged wood bears a timeworn patina and includes distinctive nicks, splits, cracks, knots and imperfections that speak of the wood’s age and provenance.
Barn doors and dining tables require assembly. TV stands and all other items do not require assembly.

All our furniture has a raw recalimed wood finish to it. The raw authenticity of the finish is what customers love most about our products. If you wish to have a lacquered finish we can offer a matte, semi-gloss or a high gloss finish to any of our pieces.
